Fees for Individual Counseling
$125 per 45-minute session
$210 per 75-minute session
$250 per 90-minute session
Fees for Couples Counseling
$150 per 45-minute session
$250 per 75-minute session
$300 per 90-minute session
I do not accept insurance assignment. I am considered an out-of-network provider by most insurance companies for in person individual counseling services only and can provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your provider to see how much they reimburse for an out-of-network counseling provider. All other services are not covered by insurance companies.
For in person services, I prefer payment by check or cash but will also accept credit cards. For distance services, you will receive an invoice through PayPal that you may pay by credit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
If you do not show up for your session or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the entire session.

Average Length of Time that I Work With a Client
Everybody is different. Consider how long you’ve spent creating unhealthy or ineffective coping methods. It takes time to undo these and to develop healthy ways to cope. It takes time to create lasting lifestyle changes. The average amount of time that I work with a coaching or therapy client is 9-12 months. In my experience, it typically takes at least 3 months to begin to see evidence of significant changes. Once you make significant changes, it’s important to put time and effort toward learning how to maintain them.

Yes. I offer a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ individuals. I do not offer evaluations for transgendered persons who are beginning their transition, but I do welcome transgendered clients offer coaching and counseling for any issues related to my areas of specialty.
