Online counseling and online therapy offers the convenience of receiving services from your own home. It offers an option for support services for people who are unable to leave home. And online therapy is a perfect option during the uncertainty of crises such as a pandemic so that you can receive support services while also practicing physical distancing. Research indicates that video therapy can have a similar effect as in person services.
