How to live mindfully – Lessons from Eos:
Live in the moment.
Take time to enjoy chasing flies and other simple things in life.
Forgive, let go and move on.
Get up early and kiss the people you love.
When someone is hurting, lick their tears.
Spend more time being and less time doing. I
f you have bad teeth, eat soft food.
Take time each morning to stretch.
Take a walk in nature every day, and smell, see, and hear what you love.
Focus your attention every day on chasing squirrels and other things that are meaningful to you.
If you’re afraid of swimming, start by putting one foot in and then the next.
If someone growls at you, don’t growl back—it usually ends badly.
Be your authentic self, even if it means that some people feel intimidated.
When you eat a banana, smack loudly and savor it. I
f you have a bad day, take a nap.
Spend less time worrying about whether people will like you and more time doing what matters most to you.
