Being and becoming with mindfulness is a process of continual personal and spiritual growth. The energy of mindfulness is a soft, gentle energy related to being. The energy of wellbeing is a more active energy related to becoming. Both energies are necessary on the journey toward wholeness and wellbeing.
Some of us are more skilled at being, while others of us are more skilled at becoming.
