This 8-week online / email based meditation class offers an intensive experience in mindfulness training and very gentle yoga/stretching. Start the course when it’s convenient for you, and work through it at your own pace. The course includes email lessons, videos, audio recorded meditations, and supplemental articles. The course is available as a self-study course or with coaching sessions with Jen.

This photography meditation class teaches how to integrate mindfulness into your photography practice or how to integrate photography into your mindfulness practice! Research shows that practicing mindful photography can increase happiness!
