Living from the Heart with Mindfulness

Living from the heart, we are in touch with a sense of kindness and compassion toward ourselves, others, and the Earth. Living from the heart, we enjoy a greater sense of peace, happiness, and wellbeing.

When we open our hearts to things as they are instead of wanting them to be otherwise, we rest in the present moment in a state of peace and acceptance. When we open our heart to accept ourselves as we are in this moment, we connect with a profound sense of love that fuels our desire to care for our own wellbeing.

When we care for our own wellbeing, we are able to present in all aspects of our lives, loving ourselves and others more deeply and showing up wholeheartedly to fulfill our purpose in this world. Take a deep breath in. Breathe in lovingkindness and compassion that opens the heart. As you exhale, feel the space surrounding the heart soften and open more deeply. Live from the heart.
