Gratitude for Increased Peace and Happiness

This week, every week and every day may we all feel gratitude for the ways in which our lives are filled with love, belonging and meaning. Recalling that whatever we rest our attention upon grows, may we learn to rest our attention more of the time on what is right with us rather than lament what we wish were otherwise. Focusing our attention on gratitude opens the heart to greater love, peace and happiness and increases emotional and physical wellbeing. Wishing you well during this season of gratitude.
