This e-course is offered as a downloadable mp3 audio recording of the live workshop that I have taught every January for years. The in person workshop has been so popular for so many years that it always fills and has a wait list. Now this workshop is available for you to take anytime, anywhere.
What You Need in Order to Take this Course:
- A computer or smartphone to listen to the mp3 audio file
- 3 hours of your time (The recording is approximately 2 hours but includes instructions for you to pause the audio for writing and collage practices, so the course time is 3 hours)
- A quiet environment with minimal distractions for the meditations and mindful writing prompts
- A journal or piece of paper and a pen
- A piece of poster board (you pick the size), old magazines, scissors, and a glue stick.
