What is Mindfulness Coaching?

Mindfulness is awareness of the present moment with kindness and curiosity. It involves paying a particular kind of attention to our present moment experience, on purpose, and non-judgmentally.

With mindfulness meditation practice, we can learn how to become more resilient to difficult experiences and to savor good experiences. We learn to cultivate more positive mental and emotional states that support well-being, such as inspiration, joy, kindness, compassion, and awe.
