Mindfulness Therapy

Jen teaches you how to use mindfulness to deal with difficult times more skillfully. You will learn mindfulness practices to help you to be present with difficulty, let go of it, and then focus your awareness and attention in ways that cultivate positive emotional and mental states that support well-being.
