Clarity is power. –Buckminster Fuller
It’s only 9:30, and I’ve encountered this message twice today, that “Clarity is power.” Yesterday I had an awesome session with my coach, discussing my intentions and action steps for the next month.
I’m juggling several projects at once right now, and when you add the business aspects to all of those things, sometimes it’s easy to feel disorganized. It’s important for creative people to take time regularly to clarify our short-term intentions and make certain that they remain in line with our long-term intentions.
If you don’t have a clear vision for where you’re going, you’ll end up somewhere entirely else. When we take time to get clear about our intentions and what action we need to take next, it helps us to move toward a state of calm. When we’re on the right track with our intentions, our bodies and our energy feel lighter. When we’re living intentionally, and we can feel it in our bodies, minds, and spirits.
When we get off track from our intentions, our bodies feel heavy, and we may feel scattered. Take the time today to assess your long-term intentions, and then set short-term intentions that are congruent with them. If you need help setting your intentions, you can get my complimentary e-book, “Clarifying Your Intentions,” by signing up for my email list. May your day be filled with clear intentions.
