Mindfully Creating Intentions for the New Year

Begin your year with mindfully creating new year intentions. Perhaps you desire to open your heart, make self-care or wellness a priority, or discover your purpose. Don’t hold back, and dream big when you’re creating your new year intentions!

Consider what you’ve been putting off, and set an intention to make 2013 your year to make changes and be the person you want to be in the world. Inquire deeply into your own heart, “What matters most?” “What do I long for?” “What is my intention?” and then listen quietly as you await your heart’s answer.

May we all dwell in the heart. May we know our true nature, which is to be happy and at peace.

If you don’t know where you’re going, you’ll end up someplace else. –Yogi Berra
