Living well involves setting clear intentions and taking the next right steps in each moment to realize those intentions. It means taking responsibility for our own wellbeing and making that one of our top priorities. Living well means doing what we know will improve or maintain our wellbeing and becoming willing to push through those brief seconds of thinking, “I don’t feel like it,” keeping our intentions in mind, and doing what we must do in the interest of our own wellness. When we practice living well we are free to enjoy a greater sense of happiness and wellbeing, and we then become capable of expressing our gifts and living our full potential—in our spiritual lives, our work lives, and our relationships. And we become a greater source of happiness and inspiration for others.
Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be. – Grandma Moses
