Go for great in your life by creating mindful intentions. If you’ve landed on this article, you’re likely searching for something to support you in making changes.
The call to change may come as a quiet whisper, so faint that if we’re not paying attention, we miss it. Or it may arise as a “gut feeling.” Perhaps it speaks to us in a dream or a physical symptom—the voice of change, telling us that it is time to change something about our life. If we have learned to listen to our inner voice, we may begin to prepare for change, but if we have not yet learned to listen and we turn away, the voice becomes louder, the symptom becomes more pronounced, or the external circumstances in our world become more chaotic and intolerable. Change is scary. Feel the fear. Do it anyway. Sometimes fear is a sign that you’re growing toward something better. And while you’re at it, don’t settle for good. Go for great!
There is only one person responsible for the quality of the life you live. That person is you. –Jack Canfield
