Eos the Chihuahua on How to Be Happy

How to be happy by Eos the Chihuahua.

  1. When you wake up, roll over on your back, stretch your arms up in the air, and think about the healthy breakfast you’re about to eat.
  2. Turn toward the person you love, look into their eyes, smile, and kiss them.
  3. When you get out of bed, do some gentle stretching.
  4. Then sit and stay for at least five minutes.
  5. Make time to gaze out of the window.
  6. Walk outside and take in the beauty in nature that surrounds you.
  7. Make friends with frogs and other unlikely creatures.
  8. Set clear goals about how many squirrels you intend to chase today.
  9. Believe that you will catch them.
