Let Your Life Speak

Let your life speak. Listen deeply, and you will hear it whispering to you. If you do not listen, it will begin pleading with you in the form of symptoms to pay attention.

There are times in life when our path seems clear, only to have unforeseen circumstances arise that change our well-intended plans. We can choose to stand pounding on the closed door, sit waiting for another door to open, or choose to open another door and walk outside.

Life seems to have a flow of energy that guides us if we pay attention. If we stand pounding at the closed door, we just might miss it. Open the door. Walk outside. See what happens next. Let your life speak. Listen deeply in your meditation practice, and heed the callings.
