From Intention to Manifestation

Manifestation of our intentions comes about with clarity of intentions, focused attention, and committed effort. Creating change in our lives requires a commitment to our own wellbeing. It takes time to develop the willpower and self-discipline to work through our resistances and tendencies toward self-sabotage and keep moving forward toward what we want.

Many of us have clear desires or intentions but struggle with getting started or lack of consistency when it comes to taking action. I’ve spent years studying how to create change and practicing what I’ve learned. It’s what got me out of bed at 5am this morning to do yoga, meditation, and mindful writing practice and then still get out for a brisk walk during this polar vortex even though I wanted to stay wrapped up in a blanket in the house.

We are living in an ever-changing world. In order to remain resilient, we must continue on our journey of personal growth, develop new skills for coping, and focus more attention on what matters most.
