Trust Your Intuition and Create a Mindful Life

Trust your intuition. It’s your inner wisdom. If you’re pushing toward something in your life and it just doesn’t feel right, stop and check in with your inner voice. Perhaps you’ve chosen a course of action you think you should  take, but it just doesn’t feel right. Maybe you made a decision, but your inner wisdom knows that it was a choice that you made from a place of fear and not from a place of love. Life isn’t written in permanent ink. It’s okay to change your mind, change your course, have a do-over, or ask for a second chance. Make time today to listen to what you already know. Trust your intuition.
