Wellness coaching for inner calm and creative aliveness
If stress has taken over your energy, your routines, or your sleep, we’ll work together on changes that fit your real life and actually last. I coach with a mind-body approach that combines mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and the science of habit change.
Jen Johnson is a wellness coach offering a mind-body approach to health and wellness. She is a board certified health and wellness coach.
Wellness coaching may be a good fit if you:
- Feel chronically stressed, overwhelmed, or depleted
- Struggle to keep up routines or healthy habits
- Notice stress in your body, through fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, or irritability
- Are living with a diagnosed illness or disease
- Want support and accountability while you make changes
- Are in a demanding season of life, with a lot of responsibilities
- Want practical tools for building resilience
What wellness coaching is
Coaching is a collaborative process. Together we notice the lifestyle choices that feed stress and imbalance, then build practical strategies for your overall wellbeing.
We’ll clarify your goals, name what’s getting in the way, and set realistic steps that support both your emotional and physical health. There are no quick fixes here, only steady change you can sustain.
If you’ve been diagnosed with a medical condition, part of our work is understanding what the diagnosis means for you, making lifestyle changes that may ease symptoms, and building skills to cope. It is possible to live with a greater sense of wellness, even with an illness.
Coaching focuses on growth, lifestyle change, and accountability. Therapy focuses on diagnosis and mental health treatment. If you need therapy, I’ll provide a referral.

The Eight Dimensions of Wellness:
Wellness is bigger than one thing. Coaching can help you grow across all eight dimensions of wellness, so whatever feels out of balance, we have a place to start.
- Physical
- Emotional
- Social
- Intellectual
- Spiritual
- Occupational
- Financial
- Environmental
A note on coaching and therapy
I’m both a licensed counselor and a board certified coach specialising in health and wellness, and I keep these roles separate. Coaching centers on growth, lifestyle change, and building sustainable habits. It does not include diagnosis or mental health treatment. If you need clinical care, I’ll recommend therapy services or a referral.
